This workshop is for anyone who is searching to Find Balance Within.

Life can become overwhelming at times, but by using the power of meditation, mindfulness and grounding in yoga, you can apply these tools into you every day life and begin to feel secure, balanced and confident in any challenge that comes your way. 

We will practice 3 different meditation techniques led by Shanai Olson, participate in a yoga flow led by Mikelle Paulson, enjoy a healthy meal together and close the event with a letting go ceremony around a fire pit and bask in the gorgeous sunset and celebrate the inner work we have completed together!

About Shanai

Shanai has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for 15 years now. She has spent hours studying with a wide variety of teachers ranging from Lorin Roche, Jennifer-Ellen Mueller, Scott Moore, Bryce Astill and Misty Medina. 

She loves to bring curiosity and playfulness into the practice, which has heightened her ability to remain centered and compassionate toward herself and others. 

After 8 years of being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Shanai has seen the benefit of including breath work, meditation and mindfulness with her clients and has had extremely transformative experiences within the work. Shanai is also a Integrative Health Coach and Reiki Master and infuses the full mind, body, spirit approach into her workshops. I look forward to meeting you and sharing all the tools I have picked up along my journey and hope to gain perspective from every participant, after all knowledge is power and one worth sharing!

About Mikelle

Yoga is Mikelles passion, but not the acrobatic poses of yoga that you might be familiar with, the integrating fabric and philosophy woven underneath the poses is my specialty. I am passionate about bringing the fuller version of yoga to public and 1:1 practices because the world needs to know the truth and the truth, unification through yoga in body/mind/spirit, will set you free.

I grew up with a natural talent for dance, sports, and creative movement of all kinds. My first yoga class was in 1996 and I learned powerful breath work and mantra practices in 1997. After taking perilous journeys in many different areas of life I re-emerged and started from scratch in 2014. By 2017 I finally dove into official yoga training at Inbody Academy and began teaching in 2018. I have taught over 500 public hours of yoga and meditation although most of my time is devoted to guiding privately 1:1 yoga and spiritual healing therapies. 

Despite my insatiable appetite for art of all kinds my philosophical studies currently take the forefront and I am endlessly interested in learning and evolving. Thank you being part of that journey.
